Yoga Sessions
My yoga philosophy is to be inclusive to all – male or female, young or old, new or experienced.
The important things for me are what each person gets from my classes in terms of their wellbeing, their minds, and bodies to be in a better state compared to before the class.
We practice different breathwork techniques and then flow through yoga poses and sequences. This does not always mean getting better or being a great yoga practitioner, just getting more out of it.
My yoga classes and sound therapy take place in Farnborough at Loveyourstudio, a beautiful refurbished space that has been open for just over a year. It is a very welcoming space in the heart of Farnborough and aims to make yoga accessible to all.

Types of Sessions

One to One (Small Groups)
My yoga sessions are offered in a variety of comfortable, personalised settings, including one-to-one classes and small group sessions. These can take place either in my home studio or in the convenience of your own home, creating a relaxed and tailored experience to suit your needs.

Large Groups
Larger group yoga classes are held in collaboration with established third-party yoga studios, providing a welcoming and well-equipped environment for shared practice and community connection.

Corporate
Corporate yoga sessions are designed to support wellbeing in the workplace, whether through regular classes at your office, engaging team-building experiences, or restorative sessions as part of away days. These offerings create a positive, energising environment tailored to your team’s needs.
Styles: Hatha, Slow Flow and Restorative I often incorporate sound and breathwork When I do my own yoga, it is a time for me and for taking care of myself. I love the breathwork and meditation, the challenge of the poses and the concentration, technique and balance that they require. After doing my own yoga, I feel calm and clear-headed.

Broga
Broga is a men's-only yoga initiative across Surrey. It is marketed - move better, sleep better, stress less and enjoy a cold beer after every class.
I have been teaching Broga for about 18months and have to admit that this is my favourite class!
There are no frills and no Lycra, but just a group of men who turn up every week to try and become more bendy.
A lot of them are quite stiff with back and hip pains, and the majority have tight hamstrings and are unable to touch their toes.
They are, however, very friendly and keen to learn and tell me that they have really noticed a difference in mobility aches and pains and sleep since they started.
Some of the men have been with me since I started the class.
I have noticed such an improvement in their flexibility, balance and confidence.
It is time for themselves and a chance to mix with other like-minded men. They are very supportive of each other and are always very welcoming to newcomers. This to me is the true essence of yoga.
